Pilgrim Friends,
Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus!!  We, (Bro. Sickler and I) have just landed in Philadelphia, PA.  We are awaiting now to board our next flight back to Albany, NY, completing a very enlightening and profitable 6 day trip to Haiti.

As I have mentioned this was my first time ever to visit the Country of Haiti.  Words cannot express the indelible impression this has made on my life.

I could never have been prepared for what my eyes and ears experienced in these last 6 days.  The Lord propelled me right out of my comfort zone.  As the days progressed, it was overwhelmingly evident that God is at work among the Haitian people.

I have found that Sin is the same wherever you go.  The same devil is bidding High for the souls of Haiti as in our Homeland.  In the US as well as in Haiti it is all the same.  In some cases it takes on different forms and in many instances it is the same.  I am convinced and have experienced that the blood of Jesus prevails above all sin.  Inspite of sins degradation I have found in Haiti faithful followers of Jesus Christ!
Getting beyond the surface I found Christians that love God, are committed to His cause, and are preparing for His Coming.
Lord willing, in the coming days I will be sharing with you more of what I have learned and experienced during this life changing trip.  I left Haiti this morning with mixed emotions.  Obviously I am homesick, and I am with much anticipation looking forward to seeing my wife and children.
On the other hand, I have gained some new friends in Christ and it was a sad time to go.  I feel like I left part of my heart in Haiti.

Thanks so much for your prayers.  God has surely been good and faithful to me.

He has answered my prayer.  God has enlightened my mind and illuminated my heart.  I will never be the same.

All For Jesus!

Subject: Greetings From The Highlands of Haiti!!

Fellow Pilgrims,

God is so good!!  What a privilege to serve Him and to be called into the ministry!  I awoke this morning with my homeland on my mind.  Thanks so much for your prayers as we have experienced God's help since we arrived in Haiti two days ago.  I feel God's presence close this morning.  He is here to help us to try and help the Haitian people.

I am asking God to show me what He is up to here in Haiti.  God is helping me to see as He sees.  It is exciting to be a part of the work of God in Kingdom building.

Today is Friday and it will be the pastor's Convention this morning.  Brother Sickler and I have been taking turns preaching in the evening services and brother Moberly is helping with interpreting.

God is helping me tremendously to understand the Haitians and their culture.  I am so thankful that God's truth is not confined to one country but its spans the whole world.  Please pray that God's truth will abound in Haiti.  There is a victory through the blood of Jesus!

One thing is the same here in Haiti as well as the United States and that is Sin abounds on every hand but it is also true that the grace of God aboundeth more.

Here in Haiti they're still can be victory over the world and the flesh and the devil.  Please pray that it would be so.

Thanks for your prayers!!  There is victory through the blood of Jesus!!

All for Jesus!!
